You will also receive remote controls on the meeting room display from your laptop to help conduct efficient meetings.

Note: Your PC must be connected to the Internet.

During a Meeting and In-Room Control

When the meeting is started, the meeting room camera is enabled via web conference, establishing a connection with on-site and remote audiences. You can remotely control a web conference on the meeting room display using the Synappx Go application.

  • Screen Share icon Share the meeting room display screen via web conference
  • Microphone icon Mute/Unmute web conference microphone
  • Camera icon On/Off meeting room camera
  • Volume control Speaker volume up and down

Your laptop screen can be shared with remote audiences and on a meeting room display using the screen share feature of the web conference.
